6 East Park Road

3+ Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms?
Built before 1897
6 East Park Road is the right half of the 4+6 East Park doublehome, which combined is one of the largest properties on the street. It was built sometime before 1910, as evidence by its presence on the census, but Zillow incorrectly claims it was built in 1920. The home was listed as a "14-unit condo conversion" when a sale was attempted in the 1980s.

William lived in the home at least as late as 1942, as he lists the "S.W. cor. of Park & Llandaff Road", although he proabably meant Lansdowne, as Park and Llandaff don't intersect until the absolute opposite side end of Park. Although not featured in the 1940 census, Frank M. Longstreth, publisher of the Delaware County Leader, lived at the home then and in 1940, his son went missing for a day, as was reported on in the news.

Additionally, a Mrs. J.A. Wilkin is listed as living in the home in 1942.

William Dougherty lived there at the time of his death in 1974. The Goyette family lived in the home for around 2 decades. The home was listed for sale in 1985, but it's unclear if it was sold at that point. The home was sold in 2006 for $295,000 and again in 2020 for $407,000.
